The Twilight Saga: Twilight (The Twilight Saga 1)

Image
Twilight By Stephenie Meyer   Now, we’re really going to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Twilight. In my memory, Twilight might be one of the most successful book adaption movies after Harry Potter, Hobbit. I first read it when I was in 5th grade because I was extremely interested why Twilight was so popular at that time. And after that, I re-read it for a few time…but I must admit, I don’t particularly love the Twilight Saga series, just I haven’t read so extensively when I was in elementary school, and I only own about three or four shelves of books. (Unlike recently…my book collection has grown broadly…and since I have to fight with my father for the book shelves…every layer of my book shelves have two rows of books. And why do I have to fight for the book shelves? Because my father always put stuff like tea cups on book shelves…come on! That’s called “BOOK SHELF” it’s supposed to place books! Ahhhh! ) enough of my book shelves, let me tell you why Twilight can be such a

The Host Book+Movie Review

Image
The Host By Stephenie Meyer   Sorry guys...I planned to finish all of Rick Riordan's books at first...but apparently, I got tired after Percy Jackson Series and The Heroes of Olympus Series. So, in order to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Twilight, let's talk about Stephenie Meyer! Oh! What? You say the title is The Host? Haha! That's because I love The Host too much! I decide to start with The Host although it's less popular if you compare to Twilight Saga. (But a lot better!) Why do I love The Host so much? Curious? Than check out the review!

The Heroes of Olympus: The Blood of Olympus (The Heroes of OlympusSeries 5)

Image
The Blood of Olympus By Rick Riordan   Here comes the final! It seems that Rick Riordan really like five books? Percy Jackson has five books and so does Heroes of Olympus. My opinion for this book…Ahhh! where to begin? I was so disappointed!!! We only got a little bit Percy and Annabeth, but thank god that they return safely. On the other hand, shouldn’t the plot focus on the seven demigods? Why do we have so many people aside from the demigods in the prophecy?

The Heroes of Olympus: The House of Hades (The Heroes of Olympus Series4)

Image
The House of Hades By Rick Riordan   Oh my goddess! I kept screaming when I finish The Mark of Athena! How can that happened to Percy and Annabeth! They just find each other and...and...they fell. Fell into the underworld, even the son of Hades, Nick, can hardly get out from there...oh my god...please let them be all right...

The Heroes of Olympus: The Mark of Athena (The Heroes of Olympus Series3)

The Heroes of Olympus: Son of Neptune (The Heroes of Olympus Series 2)

T he Son of Neptune By Rick Riordan    Y es!  Y es!  Y es!  T he hero is back!!!  A hhhhh!  W e can own Percy once more!!!  A s you can see, the second book of The Heroes of Olympus is about Percy and is …  horrible  situation .  L ike Jason, Percy woke up without any memory, expected one person: Annabeth. How lovely! (Cough … ) but at the same time we celebrate Percy ’ s return … we have to curse Hera again for departing Percybeth …   I  just say …  if anything happened to them, well then great Hera … mwhahaha!

The Heroes of Olympus: The Lost Hero (The Heroes of Olympus Series 1)

Image
The Lost Hero By Rick Riordan   I was wondering, whether I should write a Kane Chronicle review or The Heroes of Olympus? I personally prefer Kane Chronicle, unfortunately, it has been too long since I read it and I'm too busy to re-read it recently. So let's start with The Heroes of Olympus! But...NOOOO!!!! Where is Percy!!! Don't kill one of my favorite characters in the book!

Percy Jackson: The Greek God

Image
Greek Gods By Rick Riordan   Percy is writing books?! Doesn't he has dyslexia? I think this is more of Annabeth's job! But, Percy did a great job! The book is absolutely funny! Percy really does a great sacrifice for writing this book! (I can imagine those gods staring at him…God bless you Percy~ we’ll make sure you have a good funeral if you were killed by the lightning…)

Percy Jackson & The Heroes of Olympus: The Demigod Diaries

Image
The Demigod Diaries By Rick Riordan   Here comes another short stories series! Is it as good as the first one? Or is it just another “nothing” book? I was so dilemma when I saw this book, I was afraid I would get something like The Ultimate Guide which makes me really disappointed, but when I remember the fun stories in The Demigod Files, I anticipated this book.

Percy Jackson: The Ultimate Guide

Image
The Ultimate Guide By Rick Riordan   To be honest, this won’t be my favorite book… I don’t think this book is worthy to buy… yet the illustrations are beautiful…so it kinds of make the book better.      I t's the handbook no half-blood should be without: a fully illustrated, in-depth guide to gods, monsters, and all things Percy. This novelty companion to the best-selling series comes complete with trading cards, full-color diagrams, and maps, all packaged in a handy, "manual-size" POB with a crisp, magnetic flap enclosure.

Percy Jackson: The Demigod Files

The Demigod Files By Rick Riordan An extra book from Percy Jackson! Is the book worthy of you to buy?  O r it ’ s another disappointed extra?  L ook inside the review, and  I’ ll tell you about it! Percy Jackson

New Percy Jackson Edition Percy Jackson By Rick Riordan The Lightning Thief The Sea of Monster The Titan's Curse The Battle of Labyrinth  The Last Olympus   Has anyone one here hasn't heard of Percy Jackson Series? If you haven't, please raise your hand. Oh! No one? Of course, everyone heard of it! (If you call yourself a book lover, don’t tell anyone you haven’t read it! Go straight to the nearest bookstore and finish it!) Percy Jackson series is one of the most popular books in our generation!!! And I believe, it'll pass on to the next generation and next generation and... Yes! Because it's such a great series! I love every moments that are created by Rick Riordan, and love every words said by the heroes, both funny and knowledgeable. Thanks to Percy Jackson, I quite become an expert in Greek Mythology. (Not just by reading Percy Jackson, after reading this whole series, I madly in love with all those gods and goddess. I own more than four

Percy Jackson: The Last Olympus (Percy Jackson Series 5)

Image
Percy Jackson : The Last Olympian By Rick Riordan    Here comes the big announcement!!! Another series finish!!! This is the final of Percy Jackson!!! (But don’t be too sad~ we still got the extra and The heroes of Olympus!!!) Percy is finally meeting his destiny~ the oracles had predicted the son of the dearest gods will bring the fate of Olympus, and after all those children: Thalia, Nico, and Percy…it seems that the person in the prophecy still unclear?

Percy Jackson : The Battle of the Labyrinth (Percy Jackson Series 4)

Image
Percy Jackson : The Battle of the Labyrinth By Rick Riordan    If you love Annabeth (who don’t?), you’re definitely going to love this book! (But for team Thalia, she won’t be in this book, so you’ll have to wait until….) Annabeth is having her first quest in Camp Half-Blood after waiting for years! But…her quest was extremely dangerous, even the daughter of war, Clarisse, was afraid to go inside again. (Yes, again…you’ll see why in this book and why she has been gone in the third book…I believe you can tell by my words…) She must face her deepest fear, and…accept the “extra help” to complete the quest.

Percy Jackson: The Titan's Curse (Percy Jackson Series 3)

Image
Percy Jackson : The Titan's Curse By Rick Riordan    This is my favorite book among all of Rick Riordan's books! (Plus The Last Olympus! They are both so good!) I'm so excited to introduce this book to all of you guys!!! And the beautiful cover~ (Of course, I'll love it not only because of the book's cover, there is a lot of reason why people should love this book!)   IT'S NOT EVERYDAY YOU FIND YOURSELF IN COMBAT WITH A HALF-LION, HALF-HUMAN. But when you're the son of a Greek god, it happens. And now my friend Annabeth is missing, a goddess is in chains and only five half-blood heroes can join the quest to defeat the doomsday monster.   Oh, and guess what? The Oracle has predicted that not all of us will survive.. .

Percy Jackson: The Sea of Monsters (Percy Jackson Series 2)

Image
Percy Jackson : The Sea of Monster By Rick Riordan   The hero is back!! After a year in normal world, Percy was going back to Camp Half-Blood! But...he almost completed his whole year at the school and broke his record! (He changed a school every year...) But why doesn't he have any trouble a school? Like Annabeth, who seems to attract every monster to her school...   In this episode, The Sea of Monsters, Percy sets out to retrieve the Golden Fleece before his summer camp is destroyed, surpassing the first book's drama and setting the stage for more thrills to come.

Percy Jackson : The Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson Series 1)

Image
Percy Jackson : The lightening Thief By Rick Riordan   Oh my god! I’m actually writing a popular book review! Does anyone who read book hasn't heard the name of Percy Jackson? (Even my dad knows what it is...) so if you don't know this book...don't call yourselves book lovers! I'll do a movie review along with the book review, so for those who are hesitated about the bad critical movie of Percy Jackson, look inside, and I'll tell you why you should watch it and why not. Let's start with the book!

Dark Water (A Siren Novel 3)

Image
Dark water By Tricia Rayburn   The Sea is calling, but the reluctant siren will do anything not to answer...   Here comes the final book! I promise you, after reading this book, you'll find yourselves fall in the trap of this haunting series. (And this book doesn't need to re-read to find out those mysteries! You can enjoy Dark Water for the first time you read.) In this book, all those problems were about to solve, and you'll no longer hate Vanessa for betraying Simon... (At least I forgave her.)

Undercurrent (A Siren Novel 2)

Image
Undercurrent  By Tricia Rayburn The sirens are back, but Vanessa may be the biggest threat of all. . . .    Why's Vanessa the biggest threat? The author gave us no ending about what happened to Vanessa next. Just said she added some "victim" in the water. Why did she do that? (Yes, good for her health? Do you truly believe that?) and what happened to her father? Who was that "Charlotte "? What would her life become after all those changes? We're about to find them all in this book.

Siren (A Siren Novel 1)

Image
Siren By Tricia Rayburn   I decided to start with a not so popular series...perhaps you'll see something extremely popular next time! This is the only siren novel I finish the entire series and re-read it about thousands of time. The story is just... Oh My God so great!   Vacationing in Winter Harbor, Maine, is a tradition for Vanessa and Justine Sands, and that means spending time with the Carmichael boys. This summer, Vanessa is determined to channel some of her older sister’s boldness, get over her fear of the ocean, and maybe turn her friendship with Simon Carmichael into something much more.

Mythos Academy

Killer Frost (Mythos Academy 6)

Image
Killer Frost By Jennifer Estep   The story has finally come to the end (Finally, after all those time…it’s really tired to type a six book series at once! But it's so sad~ I’ll miss you, Gwen) And the end of the god and goddess is also coming. Gwen must face her finally battle, and the key to win, she had to sacrificed herself. Sound familiar, right? (You must sacrificed yourself for every one…almost every book has this part)
